Participation Requirements

To enroll in the PADI Divemaster course with Underwater Academy, candidates must meet the following prerequisites.

Minimum Age

18 years old.

Required Certification

  • PADI Rescue Diver (or equivalent)
  • EFR (Emergency First Response) certification within the last 24 months

Required Experience

  • minimum 40 logged dives to start
  • minimum 60 dives required for certification

Medical Requirements

Valid medical clearance for diving is required.
